Your role
- Utilise lead generation strategies, including data mining, online research, and industry-specific tools/software to identify potential customers.
- Implement effective cold mailing campaigns to engage prospects, nurture leads, and convert them into customers.
- Utilise web scraping techniques and tools to gather relevant data and insights for targeted marketing and sales activities.
- Leverage CRM systems and software to enrich customer data, track interactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop and execute growth strategies and campaigns.
- Analyse data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing and sales initiatives, identify areas for improvement, and optimise campaigns for maximum results.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in growth marketing and sales.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in growth marketing, sales, or a related field.
- Strong technical skills and familiarity with various software and tools, including but not limited to:
- Lead Generation: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hunter.io, Snov.io
- Cold Mailing: Woodpecker, Lemlist, Outreach.io
- CRM Enrichment: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive
- Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and software.
- Highly motivated and results-driven with a strong desire to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyse data to drive actionable insights.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential customers.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in growth hacking, digital marketing, or similar roles.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media marketing.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, conversion rate optimisation, and funnel optimisation techniques.
