Offer remote digital training with personalised follow-up

With the support of a university, a group of teachers contributed to the creation of fun, digital tools to develop digital and remote training in classes. The result is a fun 1-2 hour journey to understand and master the key concepts of labour legislation.

The training module is made up of three sequences used repeatedly. The first consists of digitised content with videos and theoretical contributions, the second is dedicated to a game in a fun approach to the topic covered and the final sequence tests what has been learned with a quiz. This third section offers an opportunity to debrief and revise what the learners have achieved in the module.

This educational tool proved to be very effective thanks to the gamification of the content. The debrief in each theme raises many points for debate and reflection. Incorporating reflection as part of the game engages learners and elicits curiosity.Creating these modules can be done independently as Drimify’s interface is easy to get the hang of. We are very pleased to see our students playing the game and participating. What better way than through playing games to encourage the learners to undertake a training course?
