A vocational training centre used Drimify to create a fun module aimed at those beginning a roofing course. The students are already professional roofers, looking to obtain an additional certification allowing them to work with asbestos. The trainers wanted to gauge the level of each student and test their knowledge in order to better adapt the course to the needs and expectations of each individual.
To do so, the centre came up with a fun training approach consisting of a series of quizzes, personality tests and other fun tools to determine the training goals that should be set. Using the results the trainers assess the level of the learners and adapt the content appropriately, setting the pace for everyone and keeping the whole group engaged.
The Dynamic Path™ training course helps us to deliver our training on a daily basis. Thanks to the positioning tool which allows us build upon their existing skills (or see which skills individuals needs to improve) we can address each individual’s needs and focus on grey areas where necessary to minimise the risks professionals take once on a work site.
We plan to use the tool in all of our upcoming courses to ensure an appropriate level of teaching and provide the same high-quality training to all of our students.
