A tourism office wanted to highlight its region with a photo competition inviting all residents to take part and submit their most beautiful shots of the region. The competition showcased an array of magnificent places to visit. It also allowed the Tourism Office to compile a stock of high-definition images for the production of a book advertising the region.
This strategy was highly successful and was publicised by bloggers as well as all the influencers in the region who participated in the photo contest, which also helped to promote the region and the city.
