Simplify information access within the company
A consultancy firm was looking to train its employees on different internal data protection rules, so they created a platform made up of various units, applications and games available both on the company’s intranet and at the heart of their mobile application. Each employee can access the information at their own pace, according to their schedule. A fun and original unit also makes the tool suitable for welcoming new employees to the company with a “Welcome Pack”.
As well as data protection training, the application also deals with good practices for coexistence with colleagues in an open-plan environment. Making the training enjoyable stimulated engagement and allowed new recruits to feel better integrated in the company.
The training programme has been a real success with our employees. For the new arrivals, the onboarding unit provides a smoother integration to the team. But what really made a difference was the ability for each person to go at their own pace, either through the app or our company intranet.It’s a big change from the PDFs and email newsletters we used to use – we won’t be going back to those!
