Efficiently identify and select candidate profiles in a fun way
An in-house Human Resources department for a large company has successfully used a series of Drimify personality tests to pick out its new digital ambassadors. The first personality test was sent to 15,000 individuals, participants who were classified as a Profile B were then invited to take the follow-up test and so on for the subsequent 5 stages until the group had been narrowed down to 150 people – 1% of the original assessment group; and so the profiles identified by the system were made ambassadors for the digital transformation at the heart of the company.
Using Drimify’s personality tests as a game to select candidates made the selection process fun and really engaged the target audience. We can assist you in putting together educational content and creating a range of different units.
