A recruitment agency has come up with a fun concept highlighting a range of job offers for managerial positions. The main problem faced by recruiters is often the lack of individuals expressing interest in positions due to their advertisements not reaching a large audience. The agency decided in light of this to design a tool in the form of a fun personality test – “What type of manager are you?” – made up of funny questions and quirky responses.
Each information profile obtained by the test was matched to a specific file, presenting them with a customised job offer. This game concept increased the number of applicants by 35%, allowing the agency’s customer a larger choice of candidates to fill the vacancies.
